Dear Friends,

Impact Connections was created from the collective experiences, struggles, and insights that our team has lived—both personally and professionally. Each of us has witnessed how challenging it can be for individuals and families to navigate systems that feel overwhelming, disconnected, and confusing. We’ve seen how people often fall through the cracks not because they lack effort, but because they lack support.

Across our work in social care, community engagement, healthcare, and resource navigation, we kept encountering the same core issue:People either don’t know what resources exist (Awareness), or they can’t access them effectively (Access).This Awareness vs. Access Challenge became the foundation of why Impact Connections was built.

As a team, we are united by a shared belief that help should never be hard to find—and no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. We created Impact Connections to remove barriers, create pathways, and walk beside individuals in a way that is human, respectful, and rooted in dignity.
